My sauce has separated. Has it gone bad?
Not at all.
We use natural ingredients with no artificial stabilisers, so some separation is completely normal. Simply give the bottle a good shake before use.
Why has my sauce darkened slightly?
Natural ingredients such as chillies, garlic and spices can change colour over time.
This won't affect the quality or flavour of your sauce provided it has been stored correctly.
