I wanted to make something that took hot sauce off the BBQ table and into a completely different world.. fine foods, serious cooking, the kind of meal that deserves a perfect finish.
Inspired by long summer days and the instinct that makes a great DJ know exactly when to build and when to release,
The Drop was born from experimenting with fruit, fire and flavour until it was exactly right. A few drops is all it takes. So full of flavour, so full of fire.. mango and lime opens it, ginger carries it, then the heat drops. It doesn’t need quantity to make its point. This isn’t for everything. It’s for the dish that deserves it.

Shipping to Mainland UK is via Royal Mail 'Standard' service - flat rate £3.99. Expected delivery time on this service is 3 - 5 working days from the time of collection.
If unopened, use within 10 months, check best before date on bottom of the bottle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks. Shake well before use.
